You give little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give.

Delta Zeta's philanthropy is the speech and hearing impaired. Delta Zeta nationally supports Galludet University. Gaulludet University is the only university in the world devoted exclusively to the deaf. In 1983 Delta Zeta began supporting the House Ear Institute in LA. The House Ear Institute researches hearing disorders and helps treat many of them. Most recently, Infant Hearing Testing became nationally supported.

Locally, our chapter supports The Columbus Speech and Hearing Center. This fall we held our first annual Dodgeball event to raise money for the center. Every spring we have a spaghetti dinner to benefit them as well. The past two years the spaghetti dinner has raised over $3,000.

In addition to supporting our own philanthropy, Delta Zetas make an effort to support the philanthropies of other fraternities and sororities.

DZ Dodgeball This year we raised over $800 for Columbus Speech and Hearing through DZ Dodgeball. Thank you to the nine teams who participated and our sponsers. Congratulations to the winning team, Dodgers X!
